A dumb real estate agent is showing a house where a murder took place. She offers to show the client the room and position of the murder. The client turns out to be the perp and knocks her out, ties her up and proceeds to slice into her chest and gut with a large knife. As she is dying he fucks her. He leaves her tied up and spread eagle on the bed. As he exits the room, the real estate agent’s girlfriend shows up and he knocks her out as well.
