Trapped in a hellish Saturday shift, interns Nora and Rachel try to navigate mountains of paperwork while their demanding boss looms over them. Their mundane world explodes when Miles bursts into the office, armed with a pistol and a desperate plea about his impending financial ruin. Blaming one (or both) of the interns for his tax troubles, he loses control, shooting Rachel dead and then turning on Nora.
He rapes and brutalizes both women before moving onto their unsuspecting supervisor, Lily, who enters to check on their progress. Miles finds her just as horrifyingly captivating as the others, indulging in a final cycle of rape and violence before leaving the office in a bloody tableau.
