Helena Heyson, Hollywood’s darling Oscar nominee known for her role in “Super Police Mary”, presents a saccharine facade to the world: kind, humble, generous. But behind the smile lurks an arrogant, vicious diva. On Oscars night, her fury erupts as she dismisses her entire staff and lashes out at her manager when her designer dress doesn’t arrive.
Delivery man Bill arrives with the much-anticipated garment, only to be met with Helena’s biting insults and threats when he informs her of a fabric substitution. Bill snaps under her barrage of vitriol and strangles her with a rope from his bag. Helena, frozen in a grotesque expression of death, becomes another victim in the twisted game of Hollywood’s facade versus reality. Bill coldly mocks her corpse, stripping her and indulging in disturbing acts before posting a selfie with her slack jaw on her official Instagram account. The world is about to discover the chilling truth behind the beloved angel’s perfect smile.
