Jack’s character is an agent who seeks assistance from a celebrity reporter due to possessing information that uncovers major corruption not only in Los Angeles but globally. The reporter’s phone number is stored in all phones, and she has sponsored or funded significant events to create her own news and promote her career at the expense of innocent people’s lives. However, Tory, the reporter, resists quietly and holds Jack at gunpoint, using their power to manipulate the situation to her advantage. She plans to accuse Jack of police and government corruption, thereby covering up her own deeds.
Drunk with power, Tory exposes her breasts to Jack before forcing herself on him at gunpoint. Despite being a non-professional killer, Jack subdues her and a fight ensues. The gun bounces away, leading to an intense struggle where Jack strangles Tory for over six minutes despite her valiant efforts to escape. Eventually, Tory succumbs to the strangulation and dies.
