Sam is granted a vial containing a mysterious liquid by fortune-teller Clea, who claims to be a witch. She tells him that drinking the liquid will allow him to stop time for everything except himself. To Sam’s surprise, this power works as expected.
However, instead of using his newfound powers responsibly or to help others, Sam uses them for selfish and malicious purposes, such as theft and humiliation. Clea, observing these actions through her crystal ball, casts a spell that summons Sam before her to warn him that if he continues this behavior, dire consequences will follow.
Despite the warning, Sam still possesses the effects of the liquid and decides to further abuse his power by freezing Clea in time so he can continue with his humiliation ritual. This time, though, Sam takes things a step further and intends to do something even more intimate.
