A long-held secret about their adopted son hangs heavy in the air as a mother and daughter discuss his disturbing demeanor. They fear he harbors a sinister mentality, potentially dangerous to those around him. The foster son overhears their conversation and violently confronts his stepmother, strangling her in front of her terrified daughter and her charming college student boyfriend. He then turns his attention to the frightened girl, gruesomely dismembering her body before throwing it onto the bed. “You’re not my family!” he snarls before leaving them amidst the carnage.
